About Experience

The Long Lunch Food Menu

  • Sourdough bread with olive oil

  • Grilled corn rib tossed with miso butter & tamarind glaze (gf)

  • Crispy chicken roll with cabbage, chilli jam, chipotle mayonnaise with pickled chilli and Coriander

  • Crispy pork belly, Szechuan caramel, fresh cabbage, coriander, pickled chilli and lemon

  • Charred cauliflower, zucchini puree, smoked almond, fried kale, and kombu emulsion (gf,vg)

Additional Food Add On

  • Hibachi grilled steak sake jus with Fries with nori seasoning $10 PP (to be purchased on the day)

  • Dessert – Earl grey tea custard, with Okinawa sugar $8 PP (to be purchased on the day)
