Our shared style menu is available for a table of minimum 2, and a maximum of 8 guests.

To start, the Captain’s signature cocktail





 

Grilled sourdough, koji butter

 

Hokkaido scallop crudo, citrus soy dressing, cucumber, cara cara orange, fresh dill and smoked oil (gf)

 

Mushroom tartare, sesame dressing, cucumber, aioli, crispy rice crackers (gf,vg)

 

Crispy pork belly, Szechuan caramel, fresh cabbage, coriander, pickled chilli and lemon

 

Hibachi grilled steak, black angus rump cap, mustard, miso butter sauce and frites (gf)

 

Charred cauliflower, zucchini puree, smoked almond, fried kale, and kombu emulsion (gf,vg)

 

Earl grey tea custard, okinawa kurozato
